As a trusted home health provider serving counties across Ohio, we specialize in residential and day program services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our services include Homemaker/Personal Care, Adult Day Services, Vocational Habilitation, Ohio Shared Living, and transportation supports. Each service is thoughtfully designed to promote independence, build life skills, and encourage meaningful community involvement.
